McDonald's Reviews

The staff at this McDonald's location are very rude and careless. I went to this McDonald's with my husband the other night at 10:47 p.m. The sign on the door said the store closed at 11:00 p.m. and the door was still open so we walked right in. When we entered the store we walked up to the counter immediately because there was nobody in line. There were four staff members behind the counter that looked like they were getting ready to close for the night because they sorting cups and stocking items. We stood in front of the counter for about a minute and they all ignored us; they did not even look up at us. Then one of the ladies behind the counter yelled to her co-worker that was cleaning tables and she said to him, "Chris, I thought you said you locked the front door!" At that point I really wanted to leave because by the tone of her voice I could tell she was irritated and annoyed that we had walked in at 10:47 p.m. After about four minutes of being ignored, another staff member came from the back and asked what we needed. We placed our food orders quickly and paid, and then he walked away without even saying thank you. Of course, they messed up my husband's order because he asked for a number one meal and they only gave him a sandwich. The four staff members were still standing behind the counter chatting and sorting cups at this point. My husband had to say excuse me five times before one of the staff members turned around to see what he needed, even though we both know he heard him clearly the first time. I guess he was trying to ignore him again. When they gave my husband his fries and cup we got our drinks and had "Chris" unlock a door for us to walk out. Chris was the only nice staff member who did not ignore us for five minutes when we were paying for our food. Instead of making us feel unwanted in the store and ignoring us for such a long time, someone could have at least said, "Someone will be with you in a few minutes". The food was not even good. On other occasions that we have bought food at this store they never had many food items or they took way too long to serve. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this McDonald's location again!
